if we continue to go down that road.

brokenness is.. crush us, miseries of our sins

we believe discomfort, no room. depressed, not real problem.

divorce, cheating, lies, steal, feels bad

J Adams, the engine light, we learn how to break the light.

we avoid the brokenness. we rededicate, no call for sacloth for repentance

God not angry to us? the wrath of God, it is terrifying sin to fall into the hand of God.

that's not Christianity. the new movement, all is well, ok, no need for brokenness even before you come to Christ. this is not our God.

brought us to the place, aversion to the doctrine of grace, God's sovereinty, God's holiness and any sense of brokenness, in any sin.

I want to suggest you tonight that brokenness is absolutely an appropriate response to sin and I want to demonstrate that to you.

turn to Psalm 51,

David sin with Bathesheba, kings to war. david stayed in Jerusalem. on his roof.

brokenness, let's read.

it scars us, stain us. scar tissue. flippant attitude to sin. crush... we don't understand the consequence of sins. Jesus died for my sins, they paid for, yet scar issue. not license to sin. Thomas Watson, indwelling sin, outburst for sin.

vein, sinful thoughts, more evil, hidden evil, huge errors, I think God , deny that about me.

2. sin create memory

God, you not so much. amnesia, it's not normal. not the way we created.

I pray, keep thought horrible things i did. recoginze that sin created memories.

a magic formula, remind you after year he said.

v.3 sin ever before me. always there. woman abortion.  a year later, she crumbles. why?

we were not created to forget things. testify the goodness of God.

ridiculous, we sin, DVD in our mind for years.

sexual , familiar sins, former partners, how many of us give that testimony.

memories stay us.

we wouldn't be warned to do it again. what' the matter, comes on my hands.

toward sin, God gives us the gift of the memory of sin, remind us of the repentance, call us to brokenness. you can testify.

we could rejoice in our victory, spirit give growth. God thank you for removing me out of here. I'm an addiction on cocaine.

I'm not who I was, because God's grace change me.

brokennes is important.

sin affront to God.

sin against you alone. you teach me wisdom in secret place.

I sin against you, holy and righteous God.

we don't we watch bad , not us? we have sinned to God. we don't see that.

Rev. 19:  needy Jesus? yearning for you, long for you... he wants... he needs you... no, he is gonna break you...broken your bones. self-sustaining.. self.sufficient... he doesn't need you. the world contine spinning.

Rev. 19:11, behold, a white horse. he judge and make war...

the word of God, sharp sword, he fury of the wrath, king of kings, lord of lords.

that the God I serve, angry and pour his wrath. poured out on His own Son, let you slide.

not for a minute, suffered,and died. the wrath of God, propitiation.

how dare we take it lightly. sissified Jesus?

when we sin, we sin against the almight God of universe. he should kill me in my sleep.

yet by his grace, he let me live one more day.

3. sin as a hindrance to true worship God.

purge me with hyssop, wash me, there is no rejoice. restore me the salvation.

consumers, satisfied, what kind of songs do you like?  guys, rock, enjoy men-centered self-service. satisfy you coming. you think you owe something. satisfied, appeased.

God Isaiah 1, v.10 he writes, toasted already. I had enough, I did not

trampling off my courts, a theology of worship. lost sinners, or the God above university.

abormination. I cann't endure your new moons, I will hide, not listen your prayers.

remove evil... see justice, let reason together.

washed, as snow. without the sin brokenness spirit, appeasment to the old man, never works for a long. a genuine repent heart, authentic worship.

I am friend of God. God call me friend.

before we brokenness, we can make it happen? I prayed a prayer, I ,, I,,,I, David says no. no I, I can't do this.

I am broken, I am not giving up, I could have also seen what you only could do.

I need you wash/clease me. I need you create me, forgive me, save me,need you.

how was it ever to happen.

If we're actually communicating to people that brokenness is not of God.

God saves a wretched sinner like me. never get over his kindness and forgiveness, lead me to repent. nothing dwells in me good. nothing, nothing. never get over being broken  my sins. realized between me and Jesus, distance he travel he made me adopted child of God, holy God, father in Heaven. worship you rightly.



Brokenness is not your feeling.

magnitude of God's grace and mercy.

you show grace to God, god is needy? you can have that kind of Jesus.
